How To Reset PIN

  1. Verify that your card is active

  2. Call 1-800-757-9848 to set pin

  3. You will be asked for the whole card number, 3-digit security code, expiration, and last 4 of the primary account holder’s social security #

  4. If card number is not found, you will be asked to enter the primary’s SSN or TIN

  5. When you have finished these steps, you will be guided through the process of changing your pin
